This stuff WORKS!!!! I have major stomach issues and don’t go regularly, I wanted to try something different than MiraLAX or stool softeners and see if it would help. And Oh my goodness does it help. I needed something to get my sluggish system going like clockwork. My doc needed something to make my bowels move every day. I was using something with herbs and was more expensive. It works but the label had a lead cautionary warning which I didn't like. So I picked up Mag07 based on the reviews and soooo glad I did! If you want relief and want everyday BMs, then this is for you! Just take 3 caps 2 hours AFTER your very last meal, drink at least a cup of water and by morning (7-8 hours) you'll have a better day!!

I suffer from ibs-c and if you are familiar, you know about the stomach cramps, bloating and difficulty getting things moving that no amount of coffee can help with. I have used natural calm magnesium citrate but it’s rough to drink and harsh on the system. I researched best magnesium to get things moving and magnesium oxide was the stand out. This product gently but gets the job done nicely. Don’t be discouraged that nothing happens after the first night of taking them… by the second night/morning - you will be happily ‘ relieved’ (pun intended). I shared the product with a friend and they wanted/needed to know what to buy. I will always use MagO7 from now on.

What kind of sorcery is this?? You need to buy this! I had a gastric bypass 8 years ago and had a baby 2 years ago. I gained some weight and wanted to get back down to my pre-pregnancy weight so started a GLP-1. Between the GLP-1 and Bypass, I became severely constipated. I was taking Docolax 4 times a day, 2 cap fulls of Mirlax, drinking prune juice, coffee and water like their was no tomorrow. Nothing helped! I ended up having to do enemas ever other day and even then, it barley helped. A friend recommended this product and I was desperat to try anything so bought it. It worked the next day! I took 1 tablet for the first 2 days and on day 3-4 took 2. I have to go back to 1 because its working too well. Hahaha I'll take it. No more bloat, not more gas pains, no more stomach aches. Its all gone. I wish someone would have told me about this 8 years ago after my Gastic Bypass. Its worth its weight in Gold! Buy it!!!!
