Ok, But not the best.
I must say I was kind of disappointed about this product because of what it was advertised for. The product didn’t really fit well in my FN FNX 45 but I knew I would get what I paid for. You pay cheap you get cheap!

These are quite effective at their job. They're aluminum so they get a little bit of weight, though not as much as a real round would, but that's fine. They're great for being absolutely, positively sure you're not hurting your firing pin while you dry fire. Great for working in the action and getting used to a new gun's trigger pull. I'd say go for them! The only complaint I have is that the rubber on them is a little too easily-deformed. After my first shot with one, it got a divot in it that stayed. Not sure that's too bad, but it certainly doesn't keep its shape perfectly.
