I originally started with the pills, but that can be a lot. When I was in the Military I used these all the time, at that time, it was 9 pills, but they really cut that down to 6 which helped! Unfortunately I got hurt in the military and then came home, after about 2 years of feeling bad about myself I decided it was time to get back into the gym, and I went with stuff I already trusted, Cuts! At first I felt like the caffeine was a bit much and my heart rate was intense, but the more I used it and the fitter I got, it started becoming a great tool in my arsenal of weight loss. Unfortunately I didn’t see it start working until around mid of my second cycle, so about 7-8 weeks in, but I definitely saw the scale improving! I then saw that they had a powered form and that’s when I started to really love it! Here’s how I use it: As soon as I wake up, I chug some water and take my first dose for the day, which is usually around 5:45ish, then after about 15-25 minutes I feel the caffeine working its magic and get the boost I need for Gym time which I do, then after the gym I usually have my protein shake and maybe some eggs if I am still hungry. Around 11:45 is when I cook a pretty heavy, protein packed lunch, and then take my second dose. This process is amazing and it has been really helping me get rid of muscle soreness and drop 70 pounds in 6 months. It does slow down after a while, but I don’t think that’s due to the supplement. I think my body is just shedding slower because there is less fat to burn. But you have to put in the work, eat well, exercise frequently(I hit the gym 5-6 times a week based on soreness) and really have a plan. The product WILL NOT magically shed weight for you, but if you’re willing to put in the work, it will definitely help you get into the body you want!

I've takin this product for a month. Worked out every day, plus a full time job out in this 90° heat, I eat healthy. This powder didn't take 1 pound off me. I've lost 62 pounds since Feb 1. Then I get this to get rid of the last maybe 15 - 20 pounds. So I can have my 6 pack. It actually stopped my weight loss. Garbage

I drink this in the morning for the caffeine boost and before I use my elliptical and can definitely tell I sweat a lot more after using this than nothing. It also isn't so much caffeine or other ingredients that would make my heart bear crazy fast because I hate that feeling. It's expensive but it's the best I've found so far.

The product was a little bit moistured but still useful...

I’m not sure if this is how it should look, but based on the reviews, I’m thinking it is not! I have to scrape the side of the clump off with a knife. Makes me a little anxious to drink. This will be returned :(

This product has it stuck to the sides of the walls. It was clumped I. The scoop and would not come out. The date on this is June 2024 but is clumpy! How could you sell something like this?

Supplement arrived in terrible condition; the powder was clumped and sticky in areas and appeared contaminated. Not to mention it contains Red 40, which was not mentioned anywhere in the description/product information. Threw product away immediately; would not purchase again.

Definitely don't live up to the hype. Definitely a diuretic but the rest is all bull droppings.
