I work as a Nurse in General Surgery/Surgical Oncology, and also a Family Practice n weekends sometimes. I also suffer from Fibromyalgia, IBS, anxiety, depression, my nails are weak and break easily, and my hair has thinned a bit. I heard about Black Seed Oil before, but I was like meh, I don't really need anything, I'm ok with popping 1000mg of Tylenol and 600mg Ibuprofen together if I need it. Well over the years, my fibro pain has gotten significantly worse, just like everyone warned me. So a few weeks ago, I took a Lyft home from the hospital and we were having a conversation, and she brought up Black Seed Oil capsules. She talked to me about them and how she had been taking them for a while but had to stop because she's pregnant and it's not recommended for pregnant women. But she explained all the benefits and told me to check it out. So I ordered them and received these May 16th, and I immediately started taking them. I take 2 capsules daily as it recommends, and yes it does taste kinda yuck when you burp it up, but who cares. Chew some gum if it's that bad lol but anyway, I am now on day 10 and I must say... I have noticed an improvement on my health. After reading all the reviews I started taking this product because I was excited about the possibility of improving my health. After 2 months of taking this product on a regular basis, I started experiencing severe joint pain. I developed a rash around my mouth that would not go away for 2 months. I thought it might be shingles, but it wasn't painful. I stopped taking this product 2days ago and the rash is diminishing. I also noticed pain in my lower abdomen that was excruciating. I have Crohn's Disease and wasn't having symptoms at the time I started Black Seed oil. After 2 months, inflammation in my joints and lower abdomen worsened severely. Old injury joints were swollen and painful. I also experienced insulin resistance symptoms. The only thing I could tell was different, in my routine, was adding this supplement into it and noticing my health was declining. After not taking the oil for two days, I feel less joint pain and swelling. Hoping overtime I will improve to the state I was prior to starting this oil. I share this because, after researching the side affects of black pepper oil, I learned how dangerous it is to take too much and for too long. It spikes insulin, thins the blood, inhibits the ability for toxin to be excreted from body, causes ulcers and more. Do your research about and be safe. I can't return the second bottle, but will keep it for occasional use in an emergency illness, because like all supplements, they can be helpful for specific things. This one isn't for ongoing ingesting. It's medicinal, so learn about how to use it to prevent your body from harm. Hope this helps.

THIS OIL IS AMAZING AND "FOOD OF THE GODS." I heard about it for the first time on a conscious YouTube channel. The video was about 5 natural things that could drastically improve your overall health and wellness. I'm very aware of how my body feels and performs daily and I was hoping to see subtle changes. I was in for a huge shock when I saw and felt drastic changes only after using it for 2 days. I immediately noticed a reduction in inflammation in my body. I have a lot of neck, shoulder, arm and back pain on the right side of my body due to previous sport injuries and a bad car accident. In the last six months I've been having a lot of issues sleeping and using the computer, Typing on my phone, etc. I have really limited my computer and phone usage to reduce the pain and inflammation in my shoulder and neck. However, even with the lifestyle changes, and strict diet, I still had major pain and sleep issues. After taking this product for just two days, my neck, shoulder, arm, and hand pain almost completely went away.
