It was almost fully charged when I received it. I fully charged it, but when I actually gave it a good look it has scratches and chips in the plastic. Almost like they send me a previously used one....

I loved the first one I got so much that I ...
I loved the first one I got so much that I bought two more so that way we will always have them available to recharge all our devices (2 phones and 4 tablets). However, after only a couple of months it doesn't seem to be working as well as it first did. The connector to charge is already starting to become 'lose' and flimsy. The battery seems to take twice as long to recharge and the same for charging other items. Not sure how long these will last.
