Ignore the nay-sayers
Did any one of those who gave bad reviews to this book, even try the diet for a week or do anything that Tonya Zavasta suggested? I have -- I've been at it longer than she has, and as I age I see that it's 100% correct. Sure, the advice is simple. You eat your food uncooked -- fruits, vegetables, seeds and nuts. You juice vegetables and you stay away from habits, like drinking alcohol, that are bad for you in the long run.Sure, it isn't rocket science. And as far as the reviewer who said she quoted others -- well, for your information, that's what you do when you write something that proposes a theory. You buttress your argument by quoting what other people have said about topics related to your theory. That's the way it's done. You must not read books that propose unusual topics.Wouldn't you like to look 40 and when you're 60? I'm not sure I look 40 but people ask all the time when I'm with my 70-year-old husband, if I'm his daughter. I don't look anywhere near the ages of people I graduated high school with, and I've watched them over the decades as they've changed and gradually have come to look like grandparents. I don't think anyone would say that of me.Eating a raw or mostly-raw diet, your skin gets a glow -- just about everyone on this diet talks about it, or they don't need to talk: their faces show it. You don't get sick, not colds, not COVID. You don't fear cancer. You don't get aches and pains. You don't get headaches or stomachaches. And the list goes on and on. Life is a continual joy and you're still full of energy and enthusiasm. So you nay-sayers ... if you don't want to believe it or try it, don't! Live a life of pain, disease, and negativity, you're welcome to it. I choose health, vitality and joy.

Hype'd up title- empty on the inside.
Absolutely not worth the paper it was printed on.

Boring read
Pretentious, "Secret" book wanna be. Boring. It appears the author does not have much to say other than quoting famous people or referring to documentaries. Boring read

just like I had mine
I actually had a chance of reading this book prior to purchasing it. Yes, it is a book you will want to go back to again… and again. Whether you come across a new concept or whether you get reminded of something you have already accepted (or rejected) before, this work will lead you through an interesting path of self-exploration. Simple and advanced concepts - explained plainly, without imposing or pressuring you into a forced conversion. Most of these ideas will probably strike you as simple and will co-oscillate with your established believes. But whether you find an affirmation or end up reevaluating your “conventional wisdoms”, each chapter will be your stepping stone to self-acceptance and hope. You have your own reason for picking up this book, just like I had mine. Don't overthink it... Enjoy the read! Let this book become your blueprint to a happier and more-fulfilled you!
