What is intermittent fasting?
This book does an awesome job explaining about this diet. If you are over fifty, I would give this diet a try. It lists the pros and cons of this diet plan, as well as some great health benefits. You will lose the weight, reduce inflammation, better brain health and so many more. There are many methods of this diet, you choose the best one for you. If you follow this plan you will need to stay hydrated and exercise regularly. There are some good recipes in this book, but I do think they need to be proofread. Don't get me wrong, I still think it's a pretty good book.

is like a bff to me!
I am of diabetic descent, I am approaching 30 and my mom is already in her 60s. We recently moved back in together and I decided to start educating myself on how we can have a balanced life. At one point I tried intermittent feeding for myself and it helps a lot. Now I am trying with my mom too to accompany her and learn how to take care of ourselves. This book has helped me a lot in the process because from the beginning it explains the benefits and how to do it correctly. In addition, the recipes they provide are very rich.

I gave this book to my mother so that she would be better informed of the benefits and cons of this practice, at first she was a little incredulous about this method, once she got into the book she felt safer to practice it, she, like I have been able to notice very satisfactory external results.

How many questions go through a woman's mind during this delicate phase of life? My sister's most frequent one is why, since she entered the menopause, she can no longer lose weight as she did years ago, so I decided to buy this book to help her achieve her goals. I found it very interesting and I think that intermittent fasting is a simple, healthy and safe way to improve fitness regardless of age and I think I will follow it too, it is a practical and simple path that is making her lose weight in a natural way and she will certainly continue to follow this line to keep the weight she has finally regained stable on the scales.

This book deals with a topic that I really like, how to be able to stay fit and healthy after the age of 50, since at this age also comes the menopausal period and therefore it is very difficult to stay in good physical shape and feel good about yourself. So for me, it was very helpful to read it and learn new eating techniques, which would be intermittent fasting, which helped me to be slimmer and feel much better physically both in terms of blood pressure and also cholesterol. I highly recommend it.

Excellent book to improve metabolic balance
Excellent advice, a book I really liked because it takes weight loss into account in a strategic way. Often after a certain age, fat accumulates on the upper part of the body, belly, stomach... and thanks to this book you can understand the different ways to avoid this unsightly fact. The author describes the types of intermittent fasting, a meal plan for adhering to intermittent fasting, recommended physical activity and proposes a number of various recipes that are very healthy and tasty. I recommend it.
