AKGAcoustics Cable EK 300

Had this for little under 3 months and its already falling apart. There is a distinct separation of the wire where it attaches at the headphone cup. I have to keep my head at a certain angle or I completely loose sound. This is not what I would expect from a company like this, and suggest if you are going to purchase this for general daily use to not purchase. You would be better off buying a new pair of headphones from another company (this is coming from a die hard AKG fan).

Worked great for my HDJ-2000 Pioneer headphones. Bought the headphones "used" from the Amazon warehouse, yes they were a lot cheaper the only flaw was the cord to the headphones had a short. Amazon warehouse would not replace just the cord and of course they had no more "used" headphones for the cheap price I paid. I bought the above cord to see if the cans were worth keeping and was I ever glad I did. I got to keep my steal priced headphones and now have a cord that is not a tightly curled - which I cannot stand when casually listening at home.Does not kink or get tangled easily a big plus in my book for a longer cord.

I absolutely love my AKG 240's but I had misplaced the mini XLR cable that comes with. So glad that AKG sold the cable separately, however $30. dollars for a cable in my opinion is a rip off because the entire set cost just $85. Dollars. Thats the reason for the 4 stars. But the cable works and fits great and is a authentic AKG cable, not a knock off.

This cable is worth the price your paying for it. I use this cable on my Pioneer HDJ-2000 and wow it makes such a difference in portability and sound for the headphone. The sound is cleaner and i think in my opinion it improves the mids for the Pioneers. Well moving on to portability this cable is easier to carry around then having a coil cable. All in all anybody looking for a replacement cable for pioneers or AKG this is a highly recommend purchase.

if you are looking for a replacement this is the right choice. Make sure you buy AKG brand cable i have bought off brand in the past and they do not hold up or last more than a week or two.

awesome. got this to replace the cord on my hdj 2000s and works like a charm, Shipping was super fast and i just picked regular shipping. Purchased Friday morning and came to my house Sunday afternoon!The cord is very long so have to watch out for that when djing but its a perfect fit.

Our dog chewed through the previous chord for these headphones and we were unable to find other headphones that we liked as well. This chord is IDENTICAL to the original. Well worth the price to be able to keep the headphones we already had and love.

Sometimes the headphone cable breaks. I've gone through 3 over the last 10 years of headphone use, but I can't complain! I love the screw-attached adapter as well. Nice firm fit.

某楽器店サイトで追加購入のK240Sが、どうも十数年前購入のオーストリア製同商品と違って硬くレンジの狭い音がする。付属ケーブルの質感が全く異なり、前者は硬い針金のようで被覆表面も硬め。後者はしなやかで柔らかく被覆表面も柔らかめ。古いK141のケーブルも「しなやかな」タイプだったため、もしかして、と思い今回購入し届いたものは正に昔と同じ「しなやかな」タイプ！　音も一聴した感じオーストリア製と同様になりました！　新品付属ケーブルが複数種あるのか、あるいはコストダウン？　音は好みもあるので優劣は断言できませんが、演奏の空気感やボーカルの声質など全く違うように感じます。

ケーブル交換のできるＡＫＧヘッドホン用の純正ケーブルですが、安価で買いやすい価格です。断線したヘッドホンもケーブルを変えればすぐに復活！修理に出さなくても良いのでとても助かります。このケーブルですが、他のヘッドホン用のケーブルと比べると細くしなやかでとても取り扱い性が良くじゃまになりません。その上、断線を防ぐための補強糸が入っているのでとても丈夫です。私はＫ２４０ｓを持っていますが、こうやって安価に（購入時送込み２０００円以内）パーツ提供がされているのはとても嬉しいです。修理に出したら工賃だけでもけっこうしますよね。外国製でありながら、軽微な修理やリペアパーツの不安を感じずに購入できるのはさすがＡＫＧといったところでしょうか？欲を言えば、用途に合わせて２ｍや１ｍといった長さがいろいろあるとさらに快適にヘッドホンが使えそうです。ショートケーブルがあるといいなと思いました。これ以上の望むことは何も無いので商品としては文句なしの星５個です！後、一応注意点ですが、断線に強いといっても乱暴に取り扱っていれば寿命は短いです。聞いた話で５年持ったという人もいれば半年で駄目だったという人もいるみたいです。自分は酷使しているつもりですが、２年以上大丈夫でした。おそらく、このケーブルで切れるのなら他のケーブルはもっと早く切れると思います。取り扱いに少しの気遣いで長持ちすると思います。
