Q: Can this bag be used as a airplane carry on? I just got the 32 inch and it seems large.

Needs to be 45 combined inches (length height breadth) to pass TSA officially. If your bag is bigger hold your breath. The 24" is officially the largest allowable size.

Q: brought this bag Apr '22 used three times and 2 rivets broke on handles. anybody get them from Company?

I purchased two different sizes from them. I suggest you contact the seller. They are hand made and respond quickly. I have had no problems with mine. Being a woman, I overpack, and use one to just carry in the other one in case I am overweight. I really like mine. Sorry yours have been defective. I am sure they will replace them with new ones,

green,, not black as of the couple I have purchased over the past few months

Q: How can you clean the leather? My bag got so dirty from the handling in the airport.

this is natural leather, not protected, so it cannot be cleaned.. any cleaner will leave a dark stain on the leather. Just the nature of this type of leather.
