I purchased this not to use internally, but externally. I have red capillaries on part of my skin and Vitamin K has always been recommended in pill form for this. I have not had much luck with small capillaries using pills. I have had some luck with creams containing K -1. Still there are many other things they put in creams and the entire solution may become less effective over a short period of time. So, I decided to try liquid for better penetration. So far, there has been a calming down and less red. Have only used it a short time but I think in the long run, I will be pleased with the results.

I bought this for when I had my baby. Gave her a drop a day according to the pediatrician and it worked great. I took it myself as well post-partum to help manage blood clotting and excess bleeding. This was a great option in place of the injection. It has better ingredients.

Great product for price and I loved that is was natural. However, I will be returning only because I intended to give this to my newborn instead of the vitamin k shot but the dosage is not realistic or concentrated enough for that. To get 2mg (the necessary dose within first 24 hours) the infant would need about 16 dropper fulls. I think this product would work really well for a nursing mom looking to increase her own vitamin k levels! And if that was my goal I would be on board with this brand/option & I would definitely keep it for myself if I wasn’t trying to use all the extra money for baby supplies!

I've taken Vitamin K starting at 36 weeks of my pregnancies to a few weeks after delivery. I think it's a miracle vitamin because I barely bleed at all after I have my babies. I'm 5 days postpartum and my recovery and bleeding has been practically done for 2 days. My midwife already suggests it, but said she's ready to start requiring her clients to take Vitamin K because of its help in postpartum bleeding. Easy peasy!

I bought this to help with dark circles under my eyes. I've been using this oil topically morning and night, along with arnica gel and a hyaluronic acid serum, and I actually see a difference already after only a week! I've also been drinking a lot more water. Hard to say for sure how much of the difference is from the vit K, but the combination of things is helping for sure!
