Excellent quality and easy to install
The product is of very high quality. I bought it based on user reviews. I needed only the best to make my JBL E40 BT headphones look brand new. With a little care, both the earpads and the headband are easy to attach. However, pay attention to the headband: it will come loose due to its own adhesive. You'll need to apply additional glue to secure it properly.

Very nice earpads, good headband pad with insufficient adhesive tape
The ear-pad replacements are very good. A little tricky to install, but they go on eventually if you follow the instructions. They've held up well for a few months, still comfortable and lasting well. The headband pad was a different story. The pad itself is fine, but the 3M two-sided tape wasn't up to the job of holding it in place. The plastic headband it attaches to flexes when you put on or take of the headphones, and the headband pad kept falling off. I finally resorted to Krazy glueing the pad on, which seems to work for now.

These earpads and head cushion was a perfect fit for my JBL E40BT headphones. The ear cushions were a little tricky to get on but were designed to be an exact replacement and fit for the E40BT. I highly recommend this seller and product.
