Are these Comfortsoft shirts?

They are tagless, but I'm not sure if they're Comfort Shirts. Very poor quality. I would not buy them again.

are they preshrunk cotton

They are 100% cotton but it does not appear that they are preshrunk (doesn't say on the tag either). They run slightly big though, so a little shrinking in the dryer actually helps them fit better.

How can i change my order from a size medium to a large... it hasn’t been shipped as yet. need help asap
