A very healthy organic gluten-free pasta.
This organic gluten-free pasta gets three cheers! They grind their own rice in their facility and is dedicated to only that. I have no worries over chemical exposure or GMO‘s. It’s very easy to cook. It does not get mushy. I made a fabulous macaroni salad. It’s the best I have ever made. It’s a little bit pricey, but it is so worth it.

Most like traditional pasta in flavor and texture with provisos.
When I lost regular pasta it was hard. This was the only Gluten free that really did taste and have a mouth feel like regular pasta. You must rinse it, do not overcook it or leave in water/liquids. It does not keep well cooked, so make only what you can eat (as it saves it get dry and crumbly). This is helped by oils such as peanut sauce or mayo or just oiling it and reheating in boiling water before using leftovers in favorite sauce etc. it has become hard to find in my area, so grateful you can still order it here.

Tinkyada pasta.
I love tinkyada pasta. The price was right. Why did you pick this product vs others?: It is the best gluten free pasta on market. It’s consistency is same as regular pasta.

Packaging has changed
This is the old packaging. The new packaging is a paper box that is not completely sealed at the top. Gaps at top big enough to product to fall out or insects crawl inside. So disappointed!

Good tasting pasta.
This is a great pasta for anyone who is gluten-free. It cooks in a very reasonable time and is great al dente.
