I'm not sure how but mine is backwards. I would've liked for the top part to open as I see it in the picture but this was not possible due to the holes drilled to be placed on the wall side. Also, the stickers that they provided were larger than the toilet holder itself so now the stickers stick out and that's what you see...

Great idea for extra storage in the bathroom. Be prepared to have to replace the screws. They are super small and dont hold up. We replaced them with small bolts and washers. This made it alot more steady.Still a good product, just be prepared to have to replace the screws.

Very lightweight, lid does not close as the hinges and wood cuts are off. Just seems to be poorly made with okay materials. Also, the roll does not stay on the arm as well as it should, it falls off to easily. This went in the basement bathroom and I ordered another for upstairs.

The media could not be loaded.  Now my guests don’t have to search through my drawers and bathroom cabinets to look for pads and tampons. They also have somewhere to set their phone! I am worried about it falling off but it has been up for about a month and my phone which also has my wallet attached to it, has been on top of it countless times! So far so good!!

I love this toilet paper holder. The "box" on top is great for holding other things you may need (I use mine for wipes). The wire roll holder underneath works fine as well.The box mounts on the wall with a "Keyhole"- like design. (The holes fit over the screw heads in the wall, then push down to lock into place) This works fine most of the time, but if you're like me, if I accidentally bump it, it'll fall off the wall. All it takes is just a bit of a nudge to come off the screw heads.Other than that, great design that I like.

It's a bit on the smaller side but will work for what I need it for. The wood is sturdy and seems to be held together well. The color choice is exactly what I chose. Very easy to install and move to a different place. Excellent product!

Wasn't able to install this since the item I received was not as pictured. The picture of the item shows the hinges on the right side (as mounted on wall and hidden), so this would have worked for me. The one I received has the hinges on the left side (with install holes on back), opening from the right and therefore making the hinges visible instead of the latch. I had to return. Otherwise, I think it would have been nice.

I've ordered several of these types of holder/shelf things but had to return them all due to them having a public washroom type of feel to them. But this! This, I love this one. It compliments the room unlike the others. It works to hide my sons wet wipes that he needs and my teenager even loves the shelf to hold his phone haha
