Shirt Garters - Military Shirt Garters - Shirt Stays with Round Clips (Y Style)

Works as designed. I used to use a similar product in the military to keep uniform shirts tucked in for inspections and certain events. These are an improvement over the ones I used to wear. Only issue, the straps along the side of your legs are not flush against your legs when standing. When wearing tight fitting dress pants, this can be seen and makes your legs look wider than they are. In addition, the buttons that secure the strap to your shirt leave little bumps under your pants. In the front this is not noticeable, but on your rear this just looks weird. Again, looser fitting pants would probably hide this issue.

They worked well all day with lots of sitting, standing, and walking. I think one problem is that it was drilling through my skin haha, but that was just the way I placed it.I'm 5'6, so right out of the package I didn't have to adjust it since I am a short dude, and the shirt I wore was a bit long than most. Didn't leave any marks on my shirt.

I liked these shirt stays at first, although a little too short for me as I’m pretty y’all but I was able to manage. They clamped well and didn’t move too much and the plus side of the Y-style is that if one clamp falls off, you have the other to catch it. However, it hasn’t even been a month since I purchased these and one of the clamps have broken... which makes the pair unusable. Pretty unfortunate as these should last a good while..

Dress clothes for somewhat awkwardly on me to begin with, and once a shirt untucks itself, it's all over. I ordered these to wear for a job interview. I could move, bend over, sit down, etc without the protectors loosening up much or the snaps coming off. I looked and felt better wearing them as my shirt stayed flat all day.They're a little uncomfortable if sitting for a long period of time if you're sitting on any of the snaps but if you consider that when putting them on it shouldn't be an issue, plus you'll get used to that with regular use.

Were uncomfortable, will scratch against your skin all day. Yet, they kept my shirt down so I was willing to accept that. However, the clamps were cheaply constructed and broke within the first day of usage. If you are anywhere near active in your workplace I would highly discourage buying this product unless you are looking for a disposable shirt stay. In any case, $11.00 is not a fair pricing for a garter that is bound to fail within the first few days of usage.

I used shirt stays with my military uniform and I still use them today for my civilian work uniform. I even wear them with a fitted shirt (suit). They keep your shirt from bunching up around your waist and looking unprofessional. Very easy to use and adjustable for any height (I'm 6'2" and they fit fine).

The first day I recieved these I tried using them and the clip broke free from the strap. I was able to snap it together but ended up doing it again. I was able to bend the metal to make the pieces fit tighter. This resolved the problem until another day while I was wearing them another clip did the same thing and the pieces were lost.

Excellent shirt stays for not only military personnel, but anyone concerned about looking tapered and fit and not wanting to worry about their shirts coming loose or untucked as they move around. Clips are great and material is properly elastic.
