The good: connects with my HTC M9 easily and doesn't disconnect randomly or anything, color is gorgeous, the build seems of good quality materials and construction, the battery life is great so far, it comes in a nice little hard shell caseThe meh: it's a little bit awkward/uncomfortable for long term wear at a time... Not terrible but not as good as my old Bluetooth earpiece, double tapping the button does NOT redial last call which is a feature I REALLY miss having... It does this weird thing when you turn it off where it says "power off, connection lost" which is silly since if it's off of course the connection is lost...duh!, It does not tell you how much battery life is remaining when you turn it on and I really wish it did because I don't want to overcharge it but don't want it dying when I need it either!The bad: biggest issue is that 2/4 people (1 has an iPhone, 1 has Android) I talk to on a regular basis have told me that they can barely hear me when I'm using it... They say I sound really far away even though they have their volume turned all the way up or if they have me on speaker phone... So I keep ending up just removing it and holding the phone which I hate to do while driving especially since I have a manual transmission and need both hands frequently. So all the other good or meh things aside the fact that I can't use it with half the people I talk to and need

It connects and works for a while then it can't connect and flashes the blue and red led light. I have used it 3 times out of 8 times trying to use it. I have reset it & forgot it (via iPhone 6 s+) and it works for a little bit then does the same thing again.I'm done trying to get this thing to work.I am also done with these cheap bluetooth headsets.

Pairing this BT headset was very simple. I was able to pair it to both my phones (Android and Apple), same as my Plantronics headset. That feature is very important to me since I have 2 phones while I work. The sound quality is very good. The range is at least 30 ft. Takes less than 2 hours to fully charge. Comes with a nice case too :)

I bought this headset because it was rated very good by Amazon customers. The headset is nice looking but that's about it. Every time I'm on it when making calls people say they can't hear me it's the volume is very low. The reason I bought this is to talk on the phone mainly for work it defeats the whole purpose if no-one can hear me. I don't suggest anyone by this product it is worthless even for the price.

Difficult for others to hear me. Picks up s lot of back ground noise. Its been sitting ever since I tried it and phone call quality was poor

Looks very good. Sound is clear too. Battery last longer than my previous device. The only problem that I have with this device is that it is hard for me to keep this device in my ear as I have big ear lol. Other than that it's good. And yeah it also has one extra piece of headpod for another ear.

I really like this a lot and it held a charge for a very very long time. But the actual earpiece fell off period was very disappointed and I only had a very short time. It also came with a awesome case
