Great value for the money, very useful, accurate
So just to make this short...accurate heart rate reading, handy flashlight, great connectivity and compatibility with apps, preset answers for sms, customizable backgrounds, good water resistance, long battery life, fast and easy to charge.Really delivers what promises, and even though it is all plastic, it really looks like black aluminum, super lightweight and confortable, just don't wear it to swim, I get it wet very often and it has no problems at all. The app is super intuitive and well integrated with other apps, you can configure everything from the app and it uploads everything to the watch.Also, the screen is not the best but they managed to make it easy to read even though there's a lot of info displayed. This is the second watch I get from this brand and I'm very satisfied with both.

Good starter watch.
I bought this to test out my first smart watch. This gave me ideas to what kind of function I want and need in a watch.One function that I did not expect was the app can work with Google fit.Some functions it lacks was watch face is very limited. You cannot customize data information displayed. You only have 2 watch faces with data infos displayed, all others are with time, date, and steps with different backgrounds.Does not show seconds. Stopwatch and timers does not work in the background. They stop counting once you leave that screen.

Great watch
The media could not be loaded. Probably the best budget watch I've had and I've had plenty. The battery is doing great so far. It's really easy to use, the screen is great easy to read! I ordered a new band and it fits great. I can't use the rubber ones. But I will say the one it comes with is very soft and nice! The charger is strong and the magnets hold it on really well!The texts and calls come in really fast and accurately. You can't answer calls or texts but I don't need that.So far I'm enjoying the watch!It says it's waterproof but I haven't tested that out yet.

Would not connect
I bought this watch for my son, who had just gotten his first phone. I wasn't expecting much at this price point, and since he's only 11 I didn't think he would miss the extra features you get with a full price smart watch. I gave it to him to set up. After about an hour he gave up in frustration, so I took a look at it. The first thing it asks for in the set up process is an email, which I thought was strange. It wasn't connecting through Bluetooth like a normal device. We set up a Gmail account for him, so I entered that. Most devices will say "pairing" or "connecting" or even "searching" when trying to connect. I can't remember what word was displayed, but it's like when you read instructions that have been translated into English by someone who doesn't know the language. It said something like "coupling" or "mating", I wish I could remember. Anyway, it never would connect to his Samsung A112 phone. I thought it might have something to do with the parental controls we have in place on his email account, but I went through all the settings and nothing worked. After about an hour I, too have up in frustration and returned it.I didn't see anyone else in the reviews having the same issue I had, so maybe it was a fluke. At least things are easy to return on Amazon.

Activaation problems
This review is about the problems that I had with the activation process. The watch boots up with a QR code on the display. I had to download a reader to proceed. It took three tries to get a shot of the display, because by the time that I had to move my hand from the watch button to steady the phone, the display would dim out. I downloaded the app according to the first instructions I proceeded to the activation process. I came to a page that asked for my credit card info. There was no way that I would give that information to activate a watch. I backed out and started over thinking that I had missed something. Same results. I am still thinking that I should be more careful and see if I have missed a way to skip that page. After three tries, I gave up and sent an email to support. It was on a Saturday. I waited for two hours and hadn't heard, from them. I was so irritated that I sent the watch back. On Monday, I got a reply, from a company support. He said that there were three ways to activate the watch. If that was in the printed instructions, it should have been at the very too and not -to activate the phone, scan the QR code. I give support high marks in that the instructions were very thorough and to contact them about any concerns. Looking back, I think that there may have been a bug in the activation software that sent me to the page requesting my credit card information. I spent a couple of hours trying to activate the watch and then there was the time spent sending the watch back. fb

Fantastic Smartwatch
This is a fantastic watch and great value for money. The build quality is really good and it’s actually quite light weight.Set up was really easy and the ability to change the watch face to one of your choice is also good. Charge time is good and it’s goes a long way too.It’s not an Apple Watch, BUT, it doesn’t cost anywhere near the same so it wins hands down for me. This is my 2nd TouchElex Smartwatch and I’d buy another.
