Bought this for Father's day for my husband so he can listin to water trickle while falling asleep. My husband loved the color changing light. On the 3rd night the light stopped working and by night 6 the pump starred getting loud even after making sure the water is filled enough. Very disappointed and missed return window so yo the garbage with this.

It's okay. Makes a noise when it is on that kind of defeats the purpose of the ambiance. It's the mechanism that pushes the water up that makes the noise. I may return and look for a quieter device that I can just hear the water flowing with.

Super quiet and relaxing to watch fountain. When you first set it up slide the pump power switch back a notch or it might spit out on your desk like mine did when I first turned it on lol. Strong pump! I keep the pump set at the halfway point between the + and - and it runs perfect for me. I was kinda looking for something that would make a trickling noise but this is SUPER quiet. If you want something that makes a trickling sound this isn't for you.

I do love this little fountain except for two things - the setup was a bit difficult, but that was a one time deal, so it shouldn't be a problem again. The other tiny issue is that light is very bright and makes it difficult to see the water level when trying to fill it, otherwise I love it. I do wish we could pick one color and not let it rotate, or that there was a remote for it since mine is in an awkward location. It can be a bit noisy at times, but it's not offensive, and is a good indicator it needs filling. Overall, I love it!. I found some smaller pebbles that fit perfectly on top.

Was kinda cheapish made and hard to get the pump/filter to sit right in the base But all-round its a nice peice and the LED is very similar to the northern lights.

the actual fountain is completely different from the picture and very small. The light is not bright either

For small waterfalls it’s a smart and nice unit
