Will this work on the insta360 x3?

No,it compatible with X2 and RS 1 inch. But our store sells the insta360 X3 mic adapter. It is "B0B71KY65Z". It takes 6-10 days to reach the destination.

Can i use insta360 one rs 1-inch with it？

Yes，It is compatible with insta360 one rs 1 inch and insta360 one X2.

The video shows the mic adapter attached to a bracket in one rs 1". i did not get bracket. where can i get it and how?

I didn't get a bracket either. The only other place I've found that sells the bracket is through the INSTA 360 website. The downside to this is that the INSTA 360 website is currently out of stock for this and a few other items. I check it every day. That's about all we can do at this point. Hope this helps?
