Should product be sealed when it arrives?

Yes, I seal my black stone griddle every month.

Where does it ship from?

Hi ,it is ship from Amazon warehouse.

Anyone know the ingredients for this seasoning product?

Hello, Thank You for reaching out to us! The Griddle Seasoning is made up of a proprietary blend of palm oil shortening, beeswax, palm oil, canola oil, and soy oil. Let us know if you have any other questions we will be more than happy to assist you ! Thank You,

When you reapply to the hot grill for each step do you use a paper towel with tongs still or something more heat proof?

I use a flimsy spatula or one of them basting brushes that are also made of flexible plastic that takes over 400 deg heat. Don’t leave it on there just use it to move the oil around. When it stops smoking that’s when you know you’re done. I use a paper towel that’s folded up a few times with tongs and soak up whatever is left. Hope that helps
