I've been using these pads for a couple of years now, and they are the only ones I consistently come back to. I love that they have an organic cotton cover, which gives me greater peace of mind about the products I'm using each month.I have a heavy flow, and these have been reliable, comfortable, and absorbent. The only thing is the wings do not stay in place very well. They're gentle on my skin and feel much more comfortable than conventional pads.If you're looking for a dependable pad made with organic cotton, I highly recommend giving these a try. These Rael pads are absolutely the best! The organic cotton cover is so soft and gentle - no more irritation or rashes. They are ultra thin yet incredibly absorbent. I’m going to try and approach this with a less biased approach:This brand is great. The fact that it’s made with cotton alone is enough. There are too many processed, plastic, and toxic chemical products out there. Because of this, it felt comfortable, it felt like I could wear leggings without constantly worrying about looking like a giant baby in diapers(of course I was still cautious for the fear of leaking).First impression, I was like , “how is this supposed to hold me for the night?!” But I was pleasantly surprised. I got the overnight ones, thinking it would equate to the large ones in the U.S.I checked in the morning, and no leakage ! Not big enough that I can recall.However, during the day, I still noticed the wing moving or little leakage. I don’t know if it’s because I’m moving a lot more that I was laying down or I didn’t attach the wings properly, but I have always had this problem.Anyway, to sum it all up, it was comfortable, it will definitely last a day depending on how heavy your cycle is, it’s really absorbable, and the packaging is cute .Normally, I think this would last you 2-3 cycles. Depends on how heavy your flow is. For the sake of women health, I think it’s worth the price :)

These overnight pads are very absorbent and made with more natural materials, which I really appreciated. They were also comfortable overall, but they are a bit bulky, so they didn’t stay in place quite as well as thinner pads. Even with that, they provided excellent overnight protection, and I’d recommend them if absorbency and natural materials are your top priorities.
