Where can i get the roof rack brackets for these?

The boards have holes in them that are used for mounting. Depending on the rack you are mounting these on, you can either make your own bracket or purchase a premade one. You can purchase mounting brackets from other companies that make recovery boards that will work. I personally just got a long bolt, washers, and twist on nuts to mount mine and it works fine. It really just depends on if you want something with a quick release and security feature or not.

Will this work in snow and mud as well?

They are a handy tool in any situation with limited traction. They will definitely be useful in mud or snow.
