Very impressed with this pan. It works well with my Induction stove and is truly Non-Stick. I followed the instructions for the initial seasoning of the pan and I primarily cook on low and medium heat settings, adjusting the temperature accordingly. I have had no issues with food sticking. The food releases with a slight jerk of the pan, without the use of utensils. I also use non metal utensils in this pan and avoid the use of salt, as it is hard and abrasive. It may not affect this pan, but it does with more common not stick coatings. This pan is very easy to clean with warm water and dish soap. I use a dish sponge vs a dish cloth.The lid is well made and light weight. Easy to clean and fits the pan beautifully. It also features a vent hole to help expel steam.

Love this frying pan. Bought it for our new induction range and we are very happy with the results. Definitely non stick and cleans up with no effort. Highly recommend!

I've only used it a few times so far but I love it already. I followed the enclosed directions of heating the pan a little slower and while that takes a few minutes longer, it's been an absolute dream to clean, nothing sticks.Once the pan is warmed up (3 or 4 on my electric stove), you can increase the heat. I don't know, maybe I could start it higher but the instructions say to start it at a medium low. Once the pan heats up, it holds wonderfully consistent heat. So, once it reaches the temperature I want, I don't have to adjust the temperature up or down, it stays there. My previous frying pan did not, so I really like this.I've used it for frying meat and for a one-dish meal. I wanted a pan with a lid and deep enough to cook an entire meal in one pot, which this one does. It's deep enough for that, while being shallow enough to fry eggs or meat. Perfect for what I was looking for. And it comes completely clean with a wipe in the dishwater, no sticking.(Re a complete meal in the pan, I'm cooking for one)Regarding the problems mentioned by some other reviewers, I've not experienced those, at least not so far. The pan seems very sturdy and the handle is strong. There is a full-sized screwdriver included for attaching the handle.One of the instructions that I did not follow is the wearing of cotton gloves while using the pan, to avoid burning my hands. I found that totally unnecessary! :-DI don't know how the handles on the pan and lid would hold up if soaked. I haven't wanted to find out, so I avoid putting them into the dishwater until I'm ready to wash and dry them, whereas I might soak my other dishes and let them air dry in the drainer after washing.If things change, I'll come back and update but so far, I'm very happy with this pan.

I really liked this SENSARTE Nonstick Frying Pan when I first got it. It looked so nice and shiny, and the lid fit perfectly! The first few months were amazing. I cooked eggs, pancakes, chicken, and veggies, and everything slid right off the pan with almost no oil. Cleaning it was super easy—just a quick rinse and it looked new again.The handle feels good in my hand, and it’s not too heavy to lift, which is great when I’m cooking a lot. The pan heats up fast and cooks food evenly, so nothing burns in one spot. The lid keeps the oil from splashing, and I love that!But after about three months, I noticed things started to stick a little. It’s not terrible, but I do have to use a little more oil now. I always wash it gently and never use metal utensils, so I was hoping it would last longer.Even with that small issue, it’s still a really good pan. It makes cooking fun, and it looks nice on my stove. I just wish the nonstick part stayed perfect for longer!
