impressed by the picture quality

Excellent for my great grandson.

I got this reluctantly as it £80!!! And another 4 months the scream goes black and its not working unless it’s plugged in all the time. I’m not happy at all and there’s no one to contact to get another one. The back doesn’t even come apart to maybe get it fix else where. So upset and disappointed as I don’t have much money and this was a luxury

At discounted price it is good.The responsiveness is instant, connects instantly.The picture quality is ok. Maybe 720p at a push.Battery life on the monitor seems less than stated.But audio is great. Easy to navigate etc

The product works well, however has broken in less then a year and after weeks of trying, the customer support has stopped responding and is ignoring my email.

Was really good and then the charger stopped charging the camera, it won’t work at all

I bought this monitor in July 2023 while I was still pregnant. I didn’t start using it until January 2024, well past the return window. It only works if the screen is next to the camera, as soon as I move a few meters away (forget out of the room) the signal disconnects & I get a ‘waiting for connection’ message.After using for a week or so & not being able to monitor my baby, I had to purchase a different one. I have tried contacting the seller without luck, complete waste of money.

Camera was great up until it stopped charging at one 1 year. No way to contact manufacturers to see what the issue may be or if we can get a new one. Disappointed.

I bought this monitor to be able to keep an eye on a relative who was home from the hospital. She is a fall risk and needed to be monitored pretty closely.The picture is nice and clear, and I liked being able to pan and zoom easily. The monitor unit lasts almost all day on a charge.I also liked being able to see the temperature in the bedroom. I know it's pretty accurate because it matched a thermometer mounted in the bedroom within a degree F.Would definitely buy again

Nous avons acheter un moniteur, tout allais bien sauf qu'il ne tenais pas sa charge de batterie, l'image est clair et le fonctionnement est simple. Nous avons parler à "Gloria" pour notre problème de charge et au final ,on nous a remplacer notre moniteur! Prise en charge de notre problème rapidement,compréhension, retours de conversation par courriel facile et rapide, solution parfaite, bref,Service client impeccable ! Je recommanderais ce produit même si nous avons eu un petit problème

Alles bestens! Nach dem ein oder anderen Namhaften Hersteller, musste sehr kurzfristig auf die schnelle ein neues her. Da dieses Gerät die schnellste Lieferzeit hatte haben wir es bestellt! Seit dem mehr als zufrieden! Qualität, Reichweite und die 360 grad Kamera funktionieren einwandfrei. Wir nutzen es täglich!!!

I purchased this camera based on reviews and its popularity in sales. However, since using it, I've encountered issues with reception. Today, the camera froze on a single image. Initially, I assumed everything was fine until I heard my baby crying. In the frozen image, my baby appeared to be sleeping with no movement or crying. Thankfully, my baby is okay.

Literally bought this product just over. A year and already it's not taking a charge anymore and I'm waiting for a new one in the mail different brand . Very upset not able to watch or hear my baby last few nights as it stopped working and I couldn't get another one fast enough. Don't waste your money, even though it's cheap in price you will pay for it in the long run when your up at 2 in the morning trying to fidget with the charger trying to adjust it just so to take a charge amd it doesn't. I should have followed what all the reviews said about it not charging after a year or less as they were so right.
