All day energy
I was very skeptical. I have spent 1000’s of dollars on supplements & vitamins like this that did not help me at all. This I noticed it working from the very first pill. Don’t take at night unless u want to be up all night lol like I did the first night. I took as soon as it arrived 6pm to be sure it wasn’t gonna make me sick. And it did not! Usually I’d crash by 1 in the afternoon but with this I feel great all day. No crashing. I’ve only been taking it for 3 days so I’ll update this in a month. But I can’t say enough about it so far. Just give it a try. This is a must. I’m a 45 yr old female going through pre menopause and omg I’m over it lol. I also have breast implant Illness and I’m waiting to have them removed. These help A LOT. No more fatigue, no most feeling exhausted 1/2 way through my day, I feel like I’m finally starting to balance my system back to where it should be. I literally use to feel like I was 60 not 45. I can’t wait to see how I’m doing in the weeks to come. And I don’t typically leave reviews unless something WOW’S me. And this has done just that

Hang in there
It's been10 days and I am pleased. At first it made me sick to my stomach every day. I was determined to give it at least 3 weeks. Yesterday the sick feeling just disappeared. Hoping the next blood test shows my level down from 25. Don't quit too early for it to help you.

Saves money...
Value for the money I had been taking prevagen, and had good results, but the cost was adding up...so I tried Life Extension Homocysteine Resist and found it worked for me and at half the cost.

Dropped our homocysteine levels
This stuff dropped my and my wife's homesysteine like a rock, from 11-13 down to around 8. We both have different MTHFR gene mutations which led to high homocysteine levels.

Works for inflammation!
I take this, along with TMG for inflammation. It has helped a lot! I will definitely continue to purchase this product.
