I can not praise Empire Beds & Imran (the seller), highly enough.Imran's customer service & communication skills are excellent. He was kind enough to fulfil my request of supplying the fixings to attach the headboard to the wall at no extra cost, when he responded to my email within a matter of an hour.The product arrived securely & safely ahead of the delivery time with care & attention to detail - it was protected in transit & showed no signs of being poorly treated.The quality of the headboard surpassed any assumption I may have had (given the low price), and is sturdy & practical whilst being soft & elegant providing great support & ample padding for my back, enabling a pleasant reading experience before I turn in for the night.My husband was able to attach it to the wall very easily (on his own), with minimal fuss.The colour was exactly as shown adding the ideal touch to our bedroom, completing the decoration to our room - I would have happily paid twice the price for this piece & the service I received.The total experience & customer service I received surpassed my expectations in every way.(Please note, I do not know Imran but believe in giving credit where credit is due - I did try to load a photo but alas my IT skills let me down)

Lovely headboard, really nice fabric & good quality and price. I messaged the seller to ascertain if they could supply matching fabric and I received a very prompt reply and ordered the fabric as well as the Portland headboard in grey. Both headboard and fabric arrived in same package within 3 days and I live in the Highlands of Scotland!! It was very well packaged. Would highly recommend both the product and the seller. Affordable and looks great in teen bedroom. Looks more expensive than what it cost.

My order arrived unexpectedly early which was great. We had a wee problem with a screw on fixings but we solved it ourselves.Very happy with my purchase and as described.Would recommend to others.Easy to attach to bed. Looks good.

Headboard is nice but the strutts are too short and are not strong. One of the strutts broke so had to buy new stronger ones.

Brilliant purchase , doesn't come with bolts for bed but absolutely delighted with the quality and feel of it.
