Accessories not included as advertised
The 2 Mobile Game Touchscreen Finger Sleeves were not included as advertised by seller. That was a disappointment. However the product is really good and cools down the mobile so decided to keep it.

Good after sales service and fast replacement
The media could not be loaded. I bought it for around 1450 two months back, performed very well for these two months , used for 2- 3 hours daily while gaming , does the job well for cooling my I phone X which gets quite hot while gaming even in AC if no cooler is used. But with with this cooler it's keeping the temp below normal abd sometime colder.After a month fan stpped working so i contacted the No given on box and they send me replacement very promptly after verification of purchase as it was under warranty when i bought it , but now they don't mention warranty in amazon listing, wonder if warranty is still there or not .
