I was trying bloom because I needed help with my digestion. So I’ve been on this almost a month now and I haven’t noticed a significant change with my digestion but some, maybe I need to be on it longer?. Haven’t really noticed if it’s helped with bloat but here’s why I gave it 5 stars. I haven’t felt “normal” in a very long time due to weight gain/ health etc and I started to notice my old “normal” feeling coming back and im ecstatic. Im still not normal because I have a long way to go to transform my health but Im putting in the work and it will happen and this is definitely helping. Secondly, my energy has been IMMENSELY better. I didn’t notice it until one day I was running a lot of errands and realized after the third stop that I was just going going going and was walking faster than others just energized which is very unlike me again due to weight gain im very sluggish. It’s not perfect energy and it ebbs and flows but for the most part it is definitely improved! My skin also seems nicer and clearer. Lastly I notice having more control over my cravings- I’m really excited over that. I have a horrible sweet tooth like terrible and when I go to the store I ride on past the candy isle now whereas before I took this I could not help myself from picking up a few things so that’s awesome! I wasn’t planning on repurchasing this after I first got it because it is very pricey in my opponion and to be honest while the flavor does mask the way straight greens usually taste (I’ve had other products that were quite pungent) it definitely takes the edge off- it still does not taste great lol just being honest but I really don’t care because that’s not what’s important to me. But just for anyone that wants to know that. I may try a different brand of greens in the future that could be more cost effective but for now I will however keep buying this one and see if I continue to improve my health and hopefully digestion! And if I do I could possibly just stay with this one. Sadly I live paycheck to paycheck and $40 is just a lot for me especially when I feel like I would benefit most from 2 servings daily and then that’s only two weeks. But if you can afford it go for it! But I definitely recommend:)

The Mango flavor was pleasant tasting so I feel like I'll have no problem using this product. And, I need the greens in my diet. I don't agree that it's too sweet it's similarly sweet as most fruit juices. If it were barely sweet it would get a lot of complaints.

I use Bloom Nutrition’s Superfood Greens Powder daily and have really loved it. I like knowing that by taking it, I’m actually getting my greens in—especially since I’m not the best at including them in my meals consistently. It’s been great for supporting gut health and digestion, and I’ve noticed a reduction in bloating. It also helps boost my energy levels, which is a big plus for getting through busy days. I’ve tried a few flavors, but the mango is my absolute favorite. It doesn’t have that gritty texture that a lot of other greens powders do, so it’s way more enjoyable. I usually just mix it with water, but it also blends really well into smoothies for an extra fruit-and-veggie boost. Overall, I appreciate that Bloom uses clean ingredients and actually tastes good. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to add more greens and nutrients into their daily routine.

Seriously impressed. I’ve been having health issues lately and just feeling overall bad - very low energy, getting sick a lot, brain fog, etc. I started taking this supplement while I’m sick with a bad cold. Normally when I’m sick with a bad cold I am down for the count. Sleeping a lot, and getting the chills and just feeling horrible. Since starting this supplement I can tell I’m sick, but it hasn’t gotten that bad and I have energy. I can’t wait to see how I feel when I’m not sick. Also I don’t have the best diet, so I wanted to add something to make sure I was getting my nutrients and was good for my overall health. I take it in the mornings and have found that my body literally craves it now. Right when I wake up the first thing I want is my green drink. The taste isn’t phenomenal, but I find that it’s a light refreshing taste not too overpowering. I have noticed my stomach is a lot flatter and I’ve been having better bowel movements. Overall if you’re looking for something to boost your overall health, help with bloating, give you energy and mental clarity and you don’t have the time to make smoothies and healthy meals all the time - give this a try. Only downside as others have mentioned is it is pretty expensive. But for me personally you can’t put a price on your health. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Es un buen producto algo costoso . No baje ni un gramo de peso . Tiene un sabor agradable parecía más grande en la fotografía. Solo como una bebida refrescante. No me sirvió ya que lo compré para perder peso. El bote es del tamaño de mi mano

Tastes really artificial and super sweet! Very off putting. The texture is great but I would much prefer if the taste was lighter. It hits you with stevia and smells like an artificial sweet. It’s bearable with ice and drinking through a straw but I am not tempted to repurchase.
