BE PREPARED TO SEND IT BACK TO AMAZON; POOR QUALITY CONTROL OR WHAT?
To be clear, the ONE STAR actually should read UNABLE TO EVALUATEsince I had to return the product to Amazon as defective after receivingno response from the company's tech. support to my request for assistance/explanation.DETAILS: the Set-Up mode is supposed to be entered automatically on power-up, indicated by a rapid flashing.It DID initially, but within seconds went to solid ON and no device was detectable to be set-up by the SmartLife app(already downloaded and installed on my Android, OS Level 7.1.)and was in WiFi-enabled Lighting Devices (for my Echo Dot.)I followed the instructions for "How to make the light blink rapidly"("Power on device; Power off after 10s, the on" Then "Turn om-off-on-off-on")Tried this several times, looked up the company's homepage, used the "Contact Tech Support Option"NO REPLY.WARNING ON RETURNING TO AMAZON USING PREPAID UPS SHIPPING LABEL:Although the bulb arrived intact in a bubble-wrap package, when I put it back in the same package(after removing the original shipping label) UPS Store would ONLY ship with the PPD UPS LabelAfter I Purchased their Box for shipping (since it was a fragile light bulb and we are responsible for it.")So "Amazon Free Return Shipping" cost $4.61 for an item that will (or should) just be discarded as defective.

Not very bright but good for the price.
The only reason this is four stars is that a light is supposed to do what????? Let off light! This one does but it is not very bright. Imagine one of your lights only in dim or soft light. Well, that's how this is. The price was very good so I thought I would try it. It works well with Alexa. Had no problem setting it up at all. It's tons of fun to set the mood with all the different color choices too. When I find a reasonably priced brighter bulb that works with Alexa, I will be switching. So plan ahead and only purchase these where you don't need a bright light and you will be fine.

Hard to set up but worth it
What a hassle to set up. Like I had to pound the connectivity through with a hammer and the printed dirrections asre so tiny I could barely read with a mag glass. After than that it's pretty cool and you CAN control both brightness and color with your voice through your echo. As far as brightness goes it's not super bright but I don't need it to be I bought it for the bedroom for climbing in and out of bed or finding my phone or water glass it's very nice for what I want just a royal pain to initially set up I almost agave up but very glad I didn't.

Amazing Light, works with Google Home and Amazon Echo. Simple Set Up
Absolutely love this light, I primarily use the red light, since it does not dilate your pupils and blind you. I love the ambiance it creates when I am gaming or lying in bed before I sleep. The red is great because you get the light however it Is dim enough someone else in the room could still fall asleep comfortably. However you can get any shade of the rainbow you prefer.FYI: The app you use to connect to it is called TuyaSmart. Just download it, plug it outlet and it will prompt you to go through set up. Simple and Easy

Listen to the negative reviews and buy a better for slightly more expensive.
Bought this light to up my smart tech game, as I recently bought the Amazon echo and a few other gadgets. Was very excited for this light to come it! I followed the instructions perfectly and it still will not even connect to my wifi and work properly all it says is "failed to connect" despite tons of trys and methods (I'm 100 percent sure my wifi/router is doing its job fine). Now I'm stuck with a wasted 20 dollars for a lightbulb that doesn't even do the simplest job it is supposed to. DO NOT BUY

Returned it. The first set came with white color ...
Returned it . The first set came with white color never working returned it and then got another one and from there it went down hill. Was unable to get it connected it to WiFi. Ended up purchasing the Phillips Hue.Don't get conned just by the price.

Sooo Dim
It's so dim. This thing cannot light a room at all, I don't know if people are reviewing this item before turning it on or just blinded by the fact that it can change color by voice command, but this thing is not a 60 watt equivalent. I bought 2 of them and both of them combined couldn't allow you to see in a small closet. And yes that's with dim turned off.
