I believe this offer is for 1 box of 5 pins. The box itself says Lock Pin and Qty: 1, but contains 5 pins

They are essentially locks for the covers that go on the transmission dipstick tubes on some Mercedes-Benz and Daimler-Chrysler vehicles that do not have dipsticks. You have to use a special dipstick to measure the volume of transmission fluid when the vehicles is warmed to a specified temperature. The locks replace the ones in the cover that usually break when they are being removed to allow access to the measuring port.

If it has the Mercedes 722.6 (5 speed transmission) that comes without a dipstick this should fit.
