These foot soles will work for approximately five minutes on a clean and smooth surface. Any longer, and the adhesive will peel away on its own, and the sole will begin to fold up and fall off. Any debris will get under the edges of the pads, so you can't wear these to the beach or in the yard. Rocks and other terrain will hurt just as much through them as if you were barefoot; the only reason to wear them outdoors is to shield you from the heat, and even then, again, they will only work for five minutes until the pads fall right off.Do not buy this product; it's a waste of money.
