You have to be careful in reading labels some companies don't give the elemental amount so you don't really know how much calcium you are getting. This company Pure Encapsulations reply brought out that it uses the elemental amount on its labels so yes . Elemental calcium is the actual amount in each of their capsules which is 150 mg per capsule, two capsules equaling a 300 mg dose.

Easy to take. FYI - dose is 2 pills per day.

Having been on long-term chemo, I am really worried about bone health. Adding in a quality supplement has given me peace of mind. The daily dose (FYI) is two pills. I include Zinc and Magnesium with my Calcium to help with absorption.
