So far this blade is great, slightly wider than an average folder but that's to be expected it being a friction folder. So far has completed all menial pocket knife tasks with ease. D2 tool steel makes a great blade. Will buy more for gifts in the near future.

The flat straight edge is easy to sharpen as long as your stone is completely flat but beware there is no lock on the blade and I would like a pocket clip but the high carbine D2 steel blade is most important and I can’t emphasize enough how important a truly flat stone is when you sharpen this knife

I love the look of this knife. It’s really simple, but gorgeous. I just wish that it locked when the blade is out—one star off for that. The back of the blade is long and as long as you keep your thumb on it, it stays up and works fine. Just not ideal.

Meh. No jimping on the spine of the blade. Pivot is a bit free, but overall knife is pretty well made for a budget piece.

Very well made and comfortable in the hand. Much more unique than a plastic swiss army knife. Highly recommended even though it is a bit more hefty than an slim office utility knife.

Rockwell hardness was tested by a reputable company to be 52.5 HRC. This means that the steel is not proper D2 tool steel. This IS a $11 knife, but I also find it to be false advertising.Fit and finish is okay. After taking it apart, polishing, and oiling, the actuation is smooth. There are no detents to keep it closed or open, but you can tighten the pivot screws to keep it closed in your pocket.
