Best option out there
Absolutely delicious. They nailed the flavor and texture. Tons of fiber so I don’t recommend an entire bag in one sitting. I eat about a third of the bag and even that keeps things moving (without gas or pain though). The taste is soooo much better than any of the competitors, we like them extra chewy so I keep the in the refrigerator.

Do not eat if you wear braces!
Their ads are annoying but this candy tastes good. Just do not eat it if you have braces! Severely sticky.

Avoid eating a whole packet at one time.
I bought the sour raspberry flavor. They were so delicious, I ate a whole packet. Big mistake. I had stomach issues which involved many bathroom trips. Very unpleasant. I should have only eaten a few at a sitting instead of the whole packet.

Delicious and easy way to increase fiber intake. Eat half a bag per day for a while until you're used to it otherwise the toilet might be your best friend.

Do you want diarrhea?!
If you want to clean out your system, go for it! If you want to have horrible belly pain, be super gassy and poop water then this candy is for you! Been on the toilet for 12 hours so far….
