Can Women use this too? Why is it specifically for men?

I think its never too early to start taking care of your skin. I would think it would be ok. Just make sure that he uses his ring finger, its the weakest when applying the product. Plus avoid when using product not to apply too close to the eye. I say this because he is a teen. Otherwise, its fantastic product.
