I purchased this vitamin B1 supplement to address a nutritional deficiency during perimenopause. Before starting, I had my bloodwork done to confirm the need for it, which is why I specifically chose this product. I’m extremely satisfied with its effectiveness and quality.

Good

Well my sister says , it had restored her mental clarity when doing Anagrams that she does every day , because she was forgetting the letters they gave you to write on a piece of paper before working it out and had to keep looking till she had got the letters down , and back to doing it quickly again , whereas she was taking ages . My sister dosant make things up or make claims if it isant true , and i keep forgetting the names of plants it just dosant come in my head now so i’m really hoping !!!!! it’s going to help me .

These could help you but I would strongly encourage researching their effectiveness before you throw them down your neck. There are many other things you need to be doing to get the best out of any form of B1 or any other supplimentation. Exercise is key, the body is designed to move and movement creates the best conditions for utilization. Research, research and research because not everybody gets it first time. If these contain what the manufacturers claim, they're a decent choice.
