Bought this for a Christmas present. The book has great recipes from popular restaurants around San Antonio. Not all of the recipes sound good and some seem a bit complicated. Overall the book looks pretty and the person we gave it to loved it!

This book is fantastic!Easily one of my new favorite cookbooks. Highlights the rich culinary tradition of San Antonio. Some recipes in here are a little complicated for my taste, but a majority of them have been a huge hit with me and my wife. Been trying a couple new recipes out of this book each week and so far, they're all amazing! Highly recommend.

The best recipes from the best places in San Antonio.
This is my favorite kind of food and hard to find in my little Minnesota town. I have not eaten at all the restaurants in this, book but I will be back to try some of them after going through this book. I am looking forward to trying some of the more unusual dishes.
