Superb customer service. Will buy from LivBright again just for that!
*** Superb customer service ***Loved the 1st item, ordered the 2nd one. Unfortunately, the 2nd item came with a small defect. I then contacted the LivBright team. They were extremely responsive and replied me almost immediately. They explained to me that the defect came from the factory where they sourced the product and that rarely and unfortunately happens. They immediately sent me a link to request a free replacement. The process was really speedy and I received the replacement about 5 days later. The customer service staff is super nice. He kept checking if I received the replacement and wanted to make sure that I am happy with it. Really, I will just buy from them again to get this level of service!!!*** Very high quality product ***This regards the 1st and 3rd item (since the 2nd item had a small defect). The product is of high quality build. Inflating/deflating process will be faster if you buy a portable bump but I found it easy to inflate with my mouth. The sleeping bag was really comfortable after inflated. It really saved me over the cold nights at the camp site. I am a frequent camper and I don't really like my back touching the ground as it's both not good for my health and it really aches. Note for deflation: probably helps with a portable bumper/sucker or with help of another person. All in all, I absolutely recommend LivBright to buy from. As for the product, it's a very good one. But really, a product is suitable or not depends on your need!

Loud, uncomfortable, leaky, and too much effort
I regret this purchase. I keep trying to use and like these mattresses, but I just can’t do it anymore. They are a pain to inflate, and then more of a pain to deflate and roll up. Sleeping on them is terrible: very loud, slippery, and they deflate every night. I really wanted to like them because they pack up small and are lightweight, but I’m sure there are better options available.

Comfortable but not so easy to inflate/deflate
I bought this pad with the intention of taking it backpacking/camping. It was pretty comfortable and it packs very small. However, I found it was a little difficult to inflate since you have to squeeze the hard plastic valve to allow air in while blowing into it. It took a while to deflate because you have to squeeze the valve to release the air while simultaneously folding and pushing the air out of the pad. Overall, if you don't mind taking the extra time to inflate/deflate, it's very comfortable. I am returning because I want something that is easier to inflate/deflate.

Solid car camping option
The pad is definitely compact for an inflatable pad (think 2L soda bottle). It doesn't come with a pump but only takes ~5 min to inflate the pad, depending on your lung capacity. Once inflated the pad is 3-4 inches thick and provides comfortable cushioning from the ground. I haven't tested it in the cold but thickness seems sufficient for moderate temperatures. From a backpacking standpoint it's heavier (1.38 lb = 22.08 oz), but for point of reference I use a Therm-a-rest Z Lite Sol (12-14 oz) on the trail. This is a product I would definitely take on my next car camping trip.

SLIPPERY AND NOISY
Bought this to specifically use on a camp cot. The fit was fine, but it was so noisy it was like sleeping on a paper bag. Also, very slippery. I had a hard time grasping it after blowing it up because it just slipped out of my grasp. I used a roll of the spongy cabinet liner between the cot and mattress to keep it from sliding off in the middle of the night. It was a pain to blow up and deflate because you have to squeeze the base of the mouthpiece quite hard so that it opens up. After initially blowing it all the way up to check it out at home, I only deflated it about 1/4 of the way to take it on vacation in our van so that I didn't have to kill myself blowing it up in between camps. In hindsight, it cost way too much for what I got. Wish I'd payed more attention to the bad reviews instead of the good ones.

Got mine today and it's amazing! Very light and compact yet it inflates to be super thick and it's extremely comfortable, better than any sleeping pad I've had before. It feels like an air mattress rather than a pad as you'll never feel the ground yet it's still very light. The built in pillow is also nice because I usually like sleeping with 2 pillows and it counts as one. It seriously seems comparable to way more expensive brands. I'll be taking this backpacking in a couple weeks and based on the material quality it seems it will hold up well. I would highly recommend!

Really inconvenient for a backpacker, unnecessarily so.
This mattress takes far too long to inflate and even worse to deflate. Normally, you roll out of bed and release the valve and let your bag deflate it. But with this you have to pinch the valve the entire time, while sitting on the mattress. Since I use one for backpacking I am not in the mood at 8000 feet or more spending all my air when there are other mattresses that take 15 breaths. The seller at Amazon does not state just how long it will take to inflate.Beyond that it held air well. Because of the design, with horizontal tubes, there is usually one digging into your lower back.Returned before I hit the field.

Absolutely amazing! It is so compact and durable i have been using it for over 3 weeks straight on a cross county bike ride. It takes 3 minutes to inflate (i use my teeth to pinch the valve open when inflating) it has a brilliant indentation where your head rests so i have a small coat that stuffs in a duffel that is held in place by the indentation as a pillow. When i sleep on my belly it doesnt crush my face as i lean my head on the side of the indent, it is perfect! Even for a short getaway it is sooo worth it! How much do ya spend on a case beer for a fishing trip? Buy the pad you wont regret it! Note: i did damage mine through my own fault and it was an easy fix with the patch kit, i did have to get some glue but i used loctite silicone sealant and superglue in a 2 layer patch and its as good as new! The kit doesnt come with glue but thats a shipping thing that i understand. The customer service is above and beyond! They were there and promply responsive to help me with any questions or needs.
