Shilajit Resin 1 oz for Men and Women, Natural Fulvic Acid, 250 Servings

I was hesitant of purchasing this. I have read of the multiple benefit of consuming shilajit. Detox, boost energy and overal health. Due to poor agriculture practices, the soil is totally depleted of essential trace minerals, and having reverse-osmose my weater for years, I knew it was mandatory to replenish those missing trace minerals. Fulvic acid being the main one of them. So I really wanted to give this a try but was deterred by all the coments of people saying how awful the taste is. I drink aswaganda dissolved in water every morning, which is pretty foul as it is, and didn’t need more nightmare to my taste buds on daily basis. Still, braved it up and got this. Taste was surprisignly not bad at all. If you have ever drank Lapsang Souchong tea, you’ll be surprised how similar the taste of this product is to the famous smoked tea. Very very similar. Pleasantly smoked taste, I would say. I have mixed it with horsetail tea, and a bit of honey or stevia, and the result is very pleasant. Now, the first time I consumed it, I went a bit crazy with the amount and I think I might have taken double of the recommended dosage. The result? Felt almost high for about 5 hours. Felt initially a slight preassure in my ears (weird), for about 1 hour, then after that, a bit of euphoria and extreme amount of energy. The day after, cut the dose in half, just one pea sizer, and felt again a slight pressure in my ears for 30 minutes and then a surge of energy, but nothing crazy. Have been taking it on and off. Since has to be taken in empty stomach, sometimes I forget to take it. Enjoy the product very much. Now, I have to say that it is rather pricey, so maybe would look into alternatives. All in all, a good product I recommend to those wanting to improve their health.

I first started using shilajit 5 years ago and have loved the results I have received from it. A couple years ago I received a physical and had blood work done. Every blood level marker was within range. My doctor, who has practiced for over 30 years, said he has seen maybe one other person with their blood levels all within range. I can't attribute this entirely to the shilajit, but I'm sure it didn't hurt. I'm not saying you will have the same results, but cool for me to see. This was the first time I have purchased this company's product. I am very pleased. The product is well maintained, good consistency, and can be used just like any of their competitors products I have purchased and consumed in the past. REMEMBER SHILAJIT TASTES LIKE A DIRTY SHIRT, AN OLD VACUUM BAG, AND GUITAR STRINGS. Any version will not taste good and this is no different. I have had combos of shilajit and something to something to chase it with and that has helped with the taste, but don't ever think shilajit will taste good. I gave this product 5 stars because of the overall value. It is a great price and a great product. You will not be disappointing using it.

There is definitely something to this brand of Shilajit, I am just not sure what it is yet. I have tried various forms of Shilajit/Mumiyo thru the years and none of them did a darn thing. I even tried the Bill Phillips hyped Mumiyo back in the early 90's and that did zilch. Tried ND primavie years ago and after a whole bottle of it i realized shilajit was just hype and nothing more. For some reason this brand caught my eye while shopping for my supplements and I therefore decided to give it another try. I am only on my 2nd day and I definitely feel something different as far as energy, though it is a very subtle change in energy. This definitely has a very odd taste too it, almost like what a wet sock would taste like. Very sticky like tar and difficult to mix with cold filtered water.

As a sport science nutritionist, I have been taking this product for a year and a half. This comes from high and mountains, where it was discovered by the sherpas, that some of the most beautiful primates they’ve ever seen were licking tar off the rocks, coming down from high altitude it was a black thick tar, and they were sitting in the hot Springs and their colors and their coats were the most beautiful that they’ve ever seen scientist studied the primates did blood test on them? They were the healthiest there is due to eating this tar, that is one of the three major mitochondria of the heart meaning it gives the heart energy production, Adenosine triphosphate Or ATP IT RELEASES, NATURAL TESTOSTERONE BALANCES, HORMONES, INCREASES ENERGY PRODUCTION OF THE BODY, FEEDS THE HEART MITOCHONDRIA. YOUR SKIN WILL BECOME SOFT AND SUPPLE. ANXIETY WILL DIMINISH. IF NOT FADE AWAY YOU WILL FEEL ENERGIZED, WITHOUT NERVOUSNESS OR SHAKY FEELING. IT COMES FROM NATURE AND IT’S RAW BLACK TAR ONE OF THE BETTER FORMULAS IS THE ONE THAT HAS A LITTLE BIT OF HONEY IN IT.

This product is great quality . I'm at the end of week one. My skin issues are clearing up and the energy boost is wonderful and not jittery like caffeine. The company emailed to see I was satisfied and responded to my questions within minutes. It's hard to know which brands are legit. This one is. Highly recommend mixing it in coffee if you don't enjoy the flavor

For those who are like me and have a body that struggles to take in enough nutrients, this does help to make sure your body gets what it needs. I cant say its 100% effective but i can tell my body is a bit more healthy when i take it. I put just a small amount( you don't want too much) in my coffee every other day. I also take breaks as well. Once i use one container up i wait a month before buying a new one. This helps me to recognize what effects it has on my body and also to help my body not become reliant on it for absorbing nutrients.

If you buy this product and open the jar you will find That it is almost entirely empty. What a rip off. No way there is 250 servings. Contacted the seller and I was told it’s sold by weight. It’s BS. No way there’s 1oz in the jar. Just another scam.

This was recommended to me by a friend, I did my research and this supplier had excellent reviews so I decided to try it. It works really well, energy levels are w higher, i feel refreshed and invigorated after a week of using it. Highly recommended.

First of all: the taste is NOT THAT BAD! My husband and I have no problem with it. We feel more energizing.

This is my first time trying Shilajit. This product has a burnt rubber smell and taste bitter. However, taking it on an empty stomach in the morning does help with your focus throught out the day. Taking it consistently for a few days to see its effect. The only thing I dislike about this product is the plastic container used to contain the shilajit.
