Great for price
For the price even just successfully being able to change 1 watch battery made it worth it. I have 3 different watch battery compartment types and this kit covers them all. I can’t imagine the tools are of the highest quality and can’t speak to longevity yet but my watches aren’t anything crazy nice and they work so far. Very pleased.

This Saved Me So Much Money!
I have a watch 'collection' comprised of about 10 moderately priced watches and a couple of cheaper digital sport watches. They are mostly from Fossil, a few from Guess, etc., none over $150 when I purchased them. During Covid I wasn’t going out anywhere that I felt the desire to dress up and wear coordinating or pretty watches, so I let all but 2 of the batteries go dead. When I 'emerged from hibernation,' I found out that it would cost about $20 to change each watch battery - omg, ridiculous! I watched a few YouTube videos [watch a few by "Long Island Watch" before trying this yourself], and figuring I could do it myself with little issue, purchased this Eventronic all-inclusive set. With the provided tools, I opened every watch back and photographed the old battery still in the compartment so that I could magnify the photo and see the replacement number I would need to order. I ended up needing to order 7 different types of batteries (all were available on Amazon) - I didn’t realize that almost every watch would require a different number battery! While using this set I came cross 2 issues. The first was that the 'pry knife' included in this kit was difficult to use. In my opinion, it was too thick to easily pry off the backs of many of my watches. Secondly, not all watch backs that are Press-Down (there are several types of watch backs - I encountered 3: Screw-Down, Press-Down, and those that use tiny screws), close back up easily. I ended up buying the TOPWAY Watch Press Tool for Closing Watch Back Covers (available on Amazon). Not only did it close several of my watches (with some effort), but it comes with 2 Watch Opener Knives that are different and easier to use than the one included in this set.If I had brought all my watches to a jeweler to simply replace their batteries, it would have cost me $200 plus tax. Buy purchasing this set, the watch press tool (each under $20) and about $10 worth of batteries, I saved myself over $150 and will forever be able to change my own watch batteries. I consider this a great investment - I’ve already offered to change the batteries in any family member's watch that needs it too.If I owned a really expensive watch, I’m not sure that I would have trusted myself to buy and use this set to change the battery, but now that I’m pretty good at it - maybe?

Why did I ever drive to a jeweler and wait and waist money?
I have a watch that is worth over around 20. So it is expensive for most, I get that, but com on…there is watches that cost 500k and up.I had it sized at Rolex when I got it. I felt it was still a hair too loose. I took it to a jeweler and asked him to just remove a link. Lmfao…. The guy looked at it and said “ oh noo I do not want to touch that my friend, you need to go Rolex.” I asked, you can’t just remove a link for me? What’s the problem??? He was afraid to touch it! Hahahaha a jeweler, that sells watches! The Rolex store is over and hour from me. I am not driving up there for that becauwe these jewelers are amateurs ewww it says Rolex who cares!!! So I got this kit and boom 2 minutes I figured it out and it is fixed, I did not scratch it and it is working. Just for that It was worth the buy! Even if you own only 1 watch, you should have this kit. Screws can get loose, pine can pop out, batteries die, now with a kit like this, you can fix it yourself! 5 stars simple,Cheap and well made and I love the little jewelers hammer its nicely made has a hard metal side and softer side so you can hammer it in and you wont scratch the watch or damage it. The block is great too, it holds the watch in place so you can work on it. A-lot extras in there too. Very cool. Thought of that jewlery story who was afraid after I fixed it and said wow, how could he not be able to know he could do this???

Most of it is adequate.
The blocks are well designed for their purpose, i.e. link removal/replacement, securing the watch for back plate screw removal etc., and hand tools are sturdy enough. Overall it’s not a bad kit for the money. However I have a major gripe with the backplate removal wrench, which is the large chrome tool intended the remove a screw-on backplate. The various tips and relative holders are poorly threaded and are made of inferior metal. I bent two of them on the first watch. This is not a user or watch related issue; If you’ve ever removed this type plate you well know how sweat, dust, and dirt can make it difficult to do. A small single drop of solvent will run around the plate, loosen the bond and make it easier but ultimately the task will require some force with a sturdy tool. The tips just don’t hold up and the holders are not rigid, causing them to lean against the force of the turn and thereby disallowing the tips to solidly engage. It’s just not a well made tool. That stated, there’s still enough good about the kit to make it worth the price and handy to have around.
