I have been having knee problems for years. A combination of years of martial arts workouts, plus medical steroids for a chronic problem have left me bone on bone, in both knees, and with both shoulders already having been worked on surgically. Since I am not "that old", the orthopedic surgeon has been really trying to delay doing bilateral total knee replacements as long as possible, but just a few months ago said "it's time. Anytime you are ready". I have gone through all the Glucosamin/Condroitain products, the anti-inflammatories. I have worn rigid braces that hurt, and flexible one's that sagged and chaffed and had three "runs" of Hyluronic Acid shots directly into the knees (each "run" is three shots, a week apart, which should last for about six months to a year). Unfortunately, nothing was working and I was already looking at my work schedule to figure out when to have the first knee replaced. By pure chance, one of my co-workers, who has knee pains, told me about Mdrive Joint and swore it was helping her, after about three weeks. I was totally skeptical and expected nothing from such a product. After much conjoling from this co-worker, I ordered a bottle, convinced I had just thrown away a good bit of money for a bottle of worthless pills. I could not have been more wrong. To say this stuff is amazing would be an understatement. Within a week, it was obvious I could walk, rather then hobble, down a hallway. With each passing day the pain was less and less, then GONE. I am actually taking stairs that I had passed up for elevators for the last five years! Of course I know that this product has not reversed the damage in my knees, and I will, eventually need those replacements, however, this product is doing exactly what I needed and what my doctor wanted, which was to "put it off as long as possible", and if this product continues to work this well, that may be a long time indeed. Oh, and my shoulders have not felt better in years. I don't know what they do different in making this product, then others I have tried, but if you suffer from joint pain, this is certainly worth every penny to try. For me it has been the answer to a prayer!!!

About one month ago my right knee started to swell and began to hurt. At first I thought it maybe temporary and may go away, but after one week it only got worse. I have not seen a doctor yet, but found good reviews about this product on the internet and gave it a try. I ordered a bottle on October 12, and received it in only 5 days. When Itook the first capsule together with my other daily medications, I felt uncomfortable for a while, but realized thatI should perhaps not take it together with other medications. BTW: There are no instructions when to take it, otherthan to take one capsule daily on an empty stomach, which I interpret to be in the morning. But I developed my own system and do not take it while taking other medications. So I have taken it now for 2 weeks, and the most importantthing is that it works as advertized !The swelling and the pain are almost gone, and I have made a doctor's apptmt.I suspect that it is some kind of arthritis [I am 84 yrs. old ], But if I have to have an operation or amputation, Iwould rather take these capsules for the rest of my life. If for the next 20 years I will try to get a dicount ! We'll see !

I don't think I have given this joint pain relief a fair trial as I have had to resort to ibuprofen at times of extreme pain. I would also like to try taking it twice a day without another painkiller to see if it really works for me.UPDATE: It's been a couple of weeks since my last review and I am pleased to report that my knees have much less pain than before! Yippee! I am able to get out of chairs more easily with less pain and that would indicate that this formula is working for me. I am on my second bottle and still taking only one tablet a day. I will continue with this regimen at least through a third bottle to see (and hope) that improvement continues. I have not taken any painkillers and for that I am grateful as I have had bleeding issues with them in the past. I am cautiously saying, "Great Product". Let's hope after another month or so my caution will have resolved into a definite!

Admittedly I don't write a lot of reviews - pretty much only when something is exceptionally bad or exceptionally good. I have been extremely active all my life, but as such have had some injuries along the way. Most recently I am dealing with a small tear in my medial meniscus. I try to eat whole foods for nutrition, but do supplement as well and have used the usual joint remedies for many years. A few weeks in, and I can feel a tremendous difference not only in my knee but my lower back as well (another injury from a decade ago). To be sure, I approach all injuries with education, fitness, flexibility, etc. So I am doing other things to treat my knee, but I can honestly say that this product is helping me with the injury. If you are like me, and want to try to do everything you can to heal naturally, then this product might be for you. I hope to be running a 1/2 marathon in June and a 50k ultra in Sep with the help of this great product.

I am 55, Very Active, I participate in Obstacle Course Races(Spartan Races, Tough Mudders, Savage Races...etc). I have Osteoarthritis especially in my Shoulders and Hip( I have a metal hip)...So in my training I always have aches and pains associated arthritis do to my training. I have been using it for months...As far as my Major Hip and Shoulder issues with my Arthritis, it is still there...I did not expect it to fix/cure to really help with that, BUT I do find it helps with minor on-going/nagging joint soreness I experience, and it helps with recovery from training, so I will continue to use, it is not a END-ALL for Major Pain and Inflammation, but for minor issues, It seems to do the job !
