Works great!! Heavy duty
This is definitely not for house hold use… it heavy duty and weighs like 30+ pounds. I own a coffee stand and works perfect for me!

Cast iron is so much better
Bottom cooks much faster than top. Wish you could adjust the heat settings independently. Cast iron is so much better than nonstick!

Great customer service
We used this press for approximately 5 months before it quit working. I immediately contacted the seller (thru Amazon). They responded immediately and offered a new replacement unit. It's nice to see a company honor a warranty!

Its eh okay but…
I bought this to replace the one I was using previously. Biggest flaw is that even if you spray oil on both sides, when you press down for paninis or wraps, it sticks to the plate.
