American Sound Connection Car Audio Single 15" Vented Subwoofer Stereo Sub Box Ported Enclosure 5/8" MDF

It fits in the trunk of my 2021 Toyota carolla and shakes the half the car with the subwoofer at 80%

Looks good to me I see a couple people complain about using the box terminals but in my experience I never use terminals on any boxes . What I normally do and what is best is to unscrew the terminals completely out now you have a Big hole You put your wire right through and then you screw the terminal back on which is hold on by four screws that was smashed the wire And have it real tight and go straight to your amplifier Done deal fits perfectly in my tractor I’m a truck driver. And the bass is perfect

There is a few different problems with this enclosure. First of all, it wasn’t fully sealed, the port had bo caulk at all, and where there was caulk it was done so poorly. I had to go by sealant and re- caulk all of it because of obvious leaks. Second, the enclosure is falling apart. It started with the port wall rattling, I thought my sub had blown but upon further inspection the port wall was loose so I had to drill holes and add a few screws. Then a couple days later 2 of the sides started doing the same thing. So I added more screws….. the build quality is definitely affecting the sound quality. Think I’ll just cut my losses and build my own box

First off I got a box damaged in shipping no questions asked I contacted company that very day one way reshipped packaged way better.. the first one was damaged in shipping.... .. A+++++ seller On to the box .. I've built many and been around stereo competitions many years so I've seen a bunch. This box sounds amazing for the price. Built well. Is it a custom 500 dollar box no. But with a single 15 you won't more much more air then this box will. Again looks good sounds good built well, Priced well.. and a stand up company .. what more can you ask for ..

well to start my review. The subwoofer box showed up 2 houses down from where my house was. But it was not damage not even one scratch on the package. When I opened it it had the new box smell. I put a audio pipe pp2 15 on 2500w. The box sounds ok it’s just tunes to high for me. I’d say it’s in the 40 Hz to 45 hz. But out of all it is a really good box for your moneys worth.

Great value after shipping and everything still cheaper than picking same box up at local car stereo stores. Came sooner than expected and sounds great. Is MDF so is better than particle board. Is 5/8 not 3/4 but since its MDF you dont even notice a difference.

It’s not too bad over all just already falling apart and did not expect that in one day of use it’s not been dropped or anything, it makes my sub go WILD so excellent sound quality for money spent but quality of the box could be better if you buy it just reinforce first and it a perfect box.

Nice boxes for what they cost..Just wish they were a tad bit thicker but they do get the jib done and then some...Nice box!
