2 Pack Semola Flour, Semolina Rimachinata Di Grano Duro 1 kg

Creates a nice toothy bite, especially when making my spinach pasta! Adding this 1-1 to the 00 gives just the right bite. I dust with the semolina. Enjoy healthy eating!

good stuff and makes awesome noddles..

I’m a retired chef. I make a lot of pizza and pasta. This flour is perfect for dusting pizza dough before stretching, as it won’t incorporate into dough made with type 00 flour. It’s also perfect mixed 1/1 with type 00 for pasta (with 1 egg per 100 g total flour and a little EVOO). I find it to be a little better than Caputo, which is also a very good product.

This is a high quality product. It is the best for pasta making.

I’ve been trying to eat healthier and not use processed stuff. Couldn’t believe the processing the U.S. does to our flour, so I wanted just simple, finely ground, non bleached, non enriched flour to try and make my own pasta. This Italian flour is SO AWESOME. I made a simple pasta for one using 1/2 cup flour and 1 egg. It was so pillowy and soft. Easy to roll out and cut. This was my first attempt at making pasta and it was so good with my homemade marinara sauce. I knew exactly what was in my sauce and pasta. You can’t put a price on your health, and knowing the quality of your ingredients is key! Happy baking/pasta making!

Good quality. Consistency/texture was finer than I expected. That isn't a bad thing for making pasta but I use the flour as a dusting base for stretching out pizza dough. Good value for the money. no bugs in the bags.

Needed for pasta and pizza - fine and perfect consistency

LOVE, love, LOVE this flour! It makes the most delicious, chewy bread that doesn’t create any stomach problems. Pricey, but worth it!
