Had a hard time at first trying to figure out how to mold it but boiled water and kept the mouth guard in for about 10 seconds, until it was pliable, then I took it out and let it cool for 2 - 3 seconds so it didn't burn our mouths and then placed each one in our mouths and sucked in a little to get it to form a bit to our teeth and once cooled in our mouth we took them out and ran them under cold water and my daughter loves hers. She doesn't wake up with a sore mouth from grinding her teeth anymore and I love mine because it has helped with teeth clenching during the night.

I grind my teeth and night and my dentist said it was time to buy a mouth guard. The one they sell is in the hundreds of dollars. I decided to try this one and it was fantastic. It was easy to fit using the boiling water to warm it up and using the instructed time and temperature.I wholeheartedly recommend this product. I am using it now as needed at night.

Had similar ones when I was younger playing rugby which set better. Overall they do the job at a fair price, but:- they are too sticky (especially to wood which they recommend using to grab from the hot water, using silicone worked better for me) compared to my rugby ones- they set a but too fast and no room for error: if you enter your mouth a bit too fast such that a side bends slightly, it's probably too late- I think it's stupid to have two small and two big in a package (although both kinds fit fore) and would prefer they just sell different lots of one sizeThat being said really it works, and please allow me to laugh at whoever posted a 1 star review saying it's incomfortable with a picture of them using 1 mouth guard for each jaw .. /faceplant

Ive been having some anxiety lately, so I got this to help with grinding my teeth. In the past I had ones professionally made by the dentist, but I found them quite thick and uncomfortable. These ones were thinner and much more comfortable, yet still did the trick! Easy to breathe with as well. I even found that both sizes worked. The large fit perfectly and the smaller was only slightly smaller so it still made enough of a barrier to prevent grinding. Highly recommend!
