How deep can these be used?

My earplugs are used at a depth of 18 feet with great results as I tend to get earaches whenever I swim in deep water; however, be careful when swimming in deep water as it appears that it has a noise cancellation feature which can be dangerous in deep water. Not hearing what's happening around you while swimming in deep water may not be always safe.

Do they cancel noise? I am sensitive to loud noise but I want to go to a water park with my family so I was thinking about getting these.

These are not noise cancelling, but definitely noise blocking. Designed to keep water out of your ear while swimming, which they do only marginally well.

How long do each ear plug set last before needing to get replaced? I know ear plug wear down over time I want to know when they expire.
