These burger presses are fantastic. I use these quite a bit when making burgers, but they're most handy when making bacon. If you have a large griddle, you know how difficult it is to keep your bacon from curling up and cooking unevenly. So, I decided to stock up on several of these stainless steel burger presses and it's been fantastic. They're heavy enough to keep things in place, but they're WAY lighter than the cast iron ones I was using previously. They're also far easier to clean, especially given the fact that they're dishwasher safe. The only feedback I'd give is that the edges are very precisely machined, but they're a little sharp. I wouldn't mind if they'd been given another good buffing or polishing to round out those very squared off edges. Other than that, I'd say these are just about perfect. I have 3 of them so far, and they make terrific burgers and bacon.

I was looking for a hamburger press and melting dome combo. The size looked good and quality was okay. The dome came with a scuff mark, see picture. The dome is very thin and flimsy, assembling the handle and if your. It careful you can dent the top. The press looks sturdy and I’ll use both this weekend.
