Exactly as pictured.
My daughter wore this for a princess birthday party and it was perfect. It looks exactly as pictured. The bottom fringe has a string holding it together when it first arrives. That will come off when washed, but it's supposed to. After wash, fringe got a little clumped, but I probably should have laid it flat to dry. Fit was exactly as expected. My daughter is typically wearing 18 month clothes, but fits into some 24 month, bought it knowing it would probably be a bit big with hopes that it still fits this fall!

Sizing confusing, runs large
Had two sizes, 12-18 months and 12-24 months. Wanted 18 months, but the 12-24 months way too big. For 18 months get 12-18 months! This is an off the shoulder top so you don't want it too large.
