Easy to apply, low odor, great results.
Since I had seen zero concrete floor results (only pavers and stone) in the reviews, I decided to document my interior basement slab floor using this product. In the photos you will see examples of no finish, one coat of finish, and two coats of finish, plus a "lights out" shot and a closeup showing the sheen that was achieved after two coats. Since my slab was in decent shape and had some nice character, I was hoping to find a finish to make sweeping and moping easier, but less money and less toxicity than epoxy. This product fit that niche nicely. As per instructions, I did multiple floor cleanings before applying the finish. Also note that this finish was applied over "Radon Seal Plus" that had cured for a couple weeks before application. I brushed the floor edges and rolled the rest, back rolling to make sure there was no puddling or excess finish. The product achieved nice penetration (soaked into concrete) and was pretty easy to apply with a smooth paint roller. It has an odor, but is not overwhelming and did NOT smell the entire house up. *-) In the photos, you can see how different smoothness and textures of the concrete takes on different sheen. Overall, the result is very nice. The coverage claim was spot on, I was able to cover over 600 SQFT with the first gallon and the second gallon (second coat) took less, leaving me about 1/4 of a gallon. I waited one day between coats, and as per instructions, I made sure the temperature stayed above 50 degrees the entire time. Bottom line: For less than two hundred dollars, I have exactly what I was hoping for... a floor with a nice sheen for reflecting light and easy cleaning that retained some of the original character of the natural concrete. I can highly recommend this product. I hope someone wanting to use this product on a concrete slab finds this review helpful. Thanks for reading.

Mixed results - wanted more WET look
Disappointed in the "wet look". My husband and I do not notice much difference on our Colorado red flagstone patio and walkway. There is a "sheen" when you get close, but we were really after the wet look that brings out the richness and variation of the flagstone. We applied two coats within a week. I used a sprayer to apply the first coat and my husband back rolled it with a thick nap roller as instructions recommended. I applied a second coat yesterday by only rolling. I took two gallons for the first coat and one gallon for the second. I have one gallon left (bought 4) but not sure I should use or send back - this stuff is expensive. I do like how it helped harden the polymer sand.

An excellent product
I recently installed a flagstone and pea gravel walkway that I decided to seal with the Dominator Stone Seal. A hand held pump spray applicator was used which I don’t think was as efficient as some larger spray applicators but even so I believe the coverage was within the 400-600 square foot application rate cited by the manufacturer for flagstone. The gallon was more than enough to cover the entire walkway with about a quart left for touch up and/or use on another smaller planned project. Overall, the area was dry to the touch after 6 hours with a few tacky areas where my application rate was a little heavy due to my own inexperience and spray pattern. The entire pathway was dry to the touch the next day. The sealant did provide some subtle enhancement of the patterns of “grain” in the flagstone - a pleasing bonus. Can’t really address longevity at this stage since it’s been less than a week since sealed. I would definitely purchase this product again.

Disappointed
I was expecting the wet look, without a gloss. I sampled the product on a stone before applying it to our outdoor room. It went on wet, but after it dried , it looked as if I never put an application on. Not what I was expecting! I could not have used more than a tablespoon. Now I have a whole gallon that is useless:(
