Good magnetic antenna mount
It comes with every thing you need to add your antenna to your mobile unit. I mounted a Nagoya TB-320A Fold-Over 39-Inch PL-259 Tri-Band antenna. The magnet comes with an anti-scratch cover, but I had to remove it to get a good mount. It can still be knocked off the roof by a tree branch or parking garage, so be careful. Overall, it works exactly as you expect.

Flimsy Ground plane elements
The ground plane radials are VERY thin and flimsy. There is no way IMO that this would last in a 50 mph wind let alone 100 mph for any sustained amount of time without bending or vibrating so much they snap off at the connection point. The set screws for the radial couplers are also provided in a bag rather than set into the couplers at the factory. Cant imagine this saves any money at the factory, just put the set screws in the coupler so the customer doesn't have to struggle putting them in and risk dropping them to be lost forever.Aside from that the mount does work as advertised. I tested with a Melowave stealth antenna with an SWR of 1.4. I need to test with other NMO antennas to observe performance their performance.I recommend this to be used as a backpack rig for temporary radio work in the field. I would not use this as a permanent base station solution. You will be climbing up to replace it after the next mid level storm.

A great way to add a sturdy VHF groundplane to a mobile antenna or a V dipole
I used this to put a ground plane below my V dipole, which I use for NOAA satellite reception. I simply clamped it to the mast a 1/2 wave length below my antenna and connected the cables ith an adapter. IT got rid of the dropouts and blind spots that were caused by having my antenna too high above the natural ground.

Good option. Does not fit 2003 toyota 4runner tailgate
I purchased this in hopes of finding a better temporary mount for my car antenna that did not require drilling holes. I am using it on a 2003 toyota 4runner sport edition and was hoping to mount it on the tailgate for easy wiring through the trim. This does not fit anywhere on the rear of a 4th gen 4runner but it does fit on the hood. Gives a decent ground through the set screws and holds on well. NMO mount was well machined and fit my nagoya antenna smoothly.

put on a pole about 30ft with a wouxun kg-uv950p and it works great

Works as a ground plane. Set screws on radials were bad.
This review is about the ground plane kit:It's a ground plane kit -- it works. However, I found that only one of four set screws on the radials would work. The threads were cut too deep, so the screws would not engage with the thread while the radial was in place. Since I was preparing a semi-permanent installation, I just ended up soldering the radial parts together.

Works as Advertised
Was easy to put together, all pieces were included. After being outdoors for many years I have no issues with rust or other corrosion to the finish.

Wimpy mount
Frankly Iβm not that impressed with the Nagoya RB-700N heavy duty universal NMO lip mount. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07CQQJ7CN/ref=cfb_at_prodpgThe swivel fittings wonβt hold in place enough and a 32β antenna will cause it to lose itβs vertical angle setting gets crooked after a few drives. It might be ok for a stealth type GMRS antenna but thatβs about it.

Strong magnet for holing my 38 inch dual band antenna
Great mount for the middle on my van. With a strong magnet it should stay put.

Nothing to complain about
Fit easily on the tailgate of our SUV, has stayed in place for months even when driving long distances along dirt and gravel roads, and provides a good signal ground with a UHF antenna. Cable was long enough to go below the seats and mats to the radio with two or three feet to spare.

Ok. I guess...
Well built . Sturdy mount and components..Only complaint is that there is not enough fastening surface for the unit to attach. Only about 1/4" of holding surface and the gap to fit the panel in is quite narrow.

Worked Perfect
I mounted my vhf NMO mobile antenna on it at a height of 22 feet. I receive stations up to a 50 mile radius. Works great.

Sleek and good for stealth installs.
Easy to install and incredibly versatile! Purchased two. Only complaint is the rubber pieces have cracked and faded after just two weeks on my car.
